On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. That''s why I decided to photograph non-traditional and laid-back wedding.

I am based in Chicago, Illinois, but I am happy to travel for weddings. I have photographed weddings all over the United States, as well as internationally. I love the opportunity to experience new cultures and places, and I am always excited to capture the love and joy of a wedding day, no matter where it is.

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!

The number of pictures you receive from your wedding day will vary depending on a number of factors, including the length of coverage, the size of your wedding, and the photographer's style of shooting. However, as a general rule of thumb, you can expect to receive anywhere from 400 to 1500 edited photos from your wedding day.

If you are booking a package with a shorter coverage time, such as 4-6 hours, you will likely receive fewer photos than if you book a package with longer coverage time, such as 8-10 hours. This is simply because the photographer will have more time to capture more photos if they are with you for a longer period of time.

The size of your wedding can also affect the number of photos you receive. If you have a large wedding with many guests, the photographer will need to divide their time between capturing photos of the couple, the guests, and the various events of the day. This may mean that they are not able to capture as many photos of each individual guest.

25% - by cheque or bank transfer; at the time of booking
70% - by cheque or bank transfer; 1 month before the event date
5% - final debit amount by cheque or bank transfer; 15 days before the event date.
We do have payment plans available, please contact us for more detail but in any case the invoice amount needs to be paid before the event starts.

The following % is the usually booked order cancellation fee of the total package price.
• The first booking amount or 50% is none refundable in any situation.
All cancellations must be in writing via email.

All image sizes are nominal. The Photographer/s will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibres. It is sometimes impossible to record on film or digitally the exact colour as seen by the human eye.

For a booking involving a certain venues, the photographer's movements are sometimes restricted by the official in charge. The area from which the photographer is able to cover the ceremony may not be the photographer's choice and the photographer cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case.

No one other than the photographer is permitted to edit any photographs provided by the photographer unless the photographer grants permission.

The photographer will discuss a shot list with the couple prior to the wedding to outline the normal shooting plan at every wedding. The photographer will also ask the couple to provide a list of family photographs they request to have taken on the wedding. If no list is provided the photographer will capture as many family shots as possible in the time frame given but cannot be held accountable by the couple for family shots missed due to the couple not providing a list regardless of how simple.

Mahi Photography retains the copyright and usage rights of all the images captured.

All photographs content on our website as well as on our Social Media accounts are the property of Mahi Photography and are protected under United States Copyright laws. Photographs must not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission.

We retain the copyrights of the photos we take during your event, but we may be able to give you a license to make personal, non-commercial uses of your photos. It is a common practice when we offer USB containing the high-res files of all your pictures. You usually have to pay extra, but a license like this means you can print copies yourself, post your pictures on Facebook, and send them to your friends, without asking for permission and without violating our copyrights. None of our package includes sharing these rights as it requires written permissions to use from us.

Mahi Photography retains the copyright of all images taken and may be used for advertising, competitions or promotional purposes at the photographers discretion. Mahi Photography also retains the right to restrict the clients from giving the images to any third party for advertising without permission from the photographer.
